A hacker going with the handle of ‘Ali El Top’ hacked and defaced two official sub-domains of Vodafone Egypt last Thursday (04/09/2014).Hacker left a message along with a deface picture of Anonymous hacktivists on sub-domains belonging to Vodafone’s web hosting services for its customers.By looking at the deface message it seems that hacking Vodafone domains was just a random act of hacking without any specific reasons.

“Hacked by Ali El Top. We Love Hacker Because Hacking is our World. The Smart Not Who is Waiting For The Chance He is Who Looking For it. For Every Since a Legend And We Are Legend of This Since. No Limits To Know no Limits For Hacking No Limits Penetration. We Live As Flying Hawks And Die Like Immortal Lion”, the deface message by hackers.

This is not the first time when Vodafone had its domains hacked. Last August Egyptian Shell Team hacked two of its domains belonging to email service for Egyptian customers.
