Think Twice Before You Sell Your Android Phone

If you have recently sold your android phone, there are chances to recover your emails, text messages, pictures and Facebook key even if you erased your data on phone.

According to University of Cambridge (computer researches) “factory reset” doesn’t actually erase all the data contained in android phone.

Researches tested 21 phones made by HTC, LG, Google, Motorola and Samsung. In all these mobiles they were are able to recover emails, text messages, images, Google account information and conversation on messaging apps. Even the app tokens remains on the device which allows to access your Facebook account and other social media accounts.

Few of the devices affected by this are HTC One and Sensation XE, Moto Razr I, Samsung Galaxy S, S2, S Plus and few others.

If you wish to delete your photos and messages by hitting delete button will not really work out on your phone because these phones use flash memory and its difficult to erase.

The best way recover from this is don’t hand of your old phones. Smash it, says a cybersecurity expert.

Yeah, you could format the devices hardrive a few times and then install the default OS on it again. Why break your phone when you can sell it...

Easy enough when you know how... It's possible with ClockworkMod Recovery after you unlock the bootloader. Google it ;)
