Glasswire is a lot of things inside a very good looking tool with very large statistics feature and unusual features but it is not a firewall as you can only do a basic per application network on/off switch, no way to define any general network of per-app rules. I don't know why everybody describe it as a firewall, it's an excellent tool yes, a firewall no.
