Apple owners can have happy sleep with a new “night mode” feature for beta version of iOS9.3, next update from Apple.
According to Apple, “Many studies have shown that exposure to bright blue light in the evening can affect your circadian rhythms and make it harder to fall asleep.’
‘Night Shift uses your iOS device’s clock and geolocation to determine when it’s sunset in your location.’
‘Then it automatically shifts the colors in your display to the warmer end of the spectrum, making it easier on your eyes.’
‘In the morning, it returns the display to its regular settings. Pleasant dreams.”
This feature is similar to f.lux, an free software that changes the color of a device’s screen according to its location, but not for non-iOS screen.
At present iOS 9.3 hasn’t be released to the public, but you can try beta version of the operating system.
