The company in the lawsuit has asked for permission to inspect Tripp’s computers, messages and USB devices in order to find all the information that he has leaked already.
The law suit claimed that Tripp had “hacked the company’s confidential and trade secret information and transferred that information to third parties.”
Company’s CEO sent an email to the employees informing them of the hack but the email did not name Tripp by name.
