Yes my friend ,but unfortunately the majority of these talented hackers did not agree on formal Job or regular commitment. as for companies jobs the first thing you should be a responsible person more than talented, a lot of talented hackers can't write one professional report because they consider it boring job. my opinion: the penetration testers job is more than hacking the systems and this is the main idea I faced with a lot of talented hackers. you can be professional, talented and responsible then surely the world will hear about you and you will be the whom will decide your salary. The problem with all those open jobs in the USA is that they require a college degree, which honestly is nuts. Those hackers engaging in attacks don't have degrees. Many corporations are missing out on good talent due to a 1950's mentality that professional means college educated.
