FCC is facing Lawsuit again for not submitting comments to the Net Neutrality Prosecutors

Freelance writer Jason Prechtel registered a Freedom of Information Act -FoIA request on June 4 urging the FCC for data compared to bulk comment uploads, which may include comments falsely connected to people out their knowledge. But while the FCC confirmed receiving his FOIA request, it did not confirm or deny the demand within the authorized allotted timeframe, Prechtel wrote in a lawsuit registered in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
